At Root & Rise, I help women rebuild their foundation so they can move, breathe, and live with confidence again. My approach blends deep core and pelvic floor restoration with nervous system support, functional movement, and sustainable daily practices. Every session is tailored to your unique body and story—so you can restore your core, rise in strength, and feel at home in your body.

Too many women are told to ignore their symptoms or accept pain, leaking, or weakness as “just part of motherhood.” Their concerns are dismissed, and they’re left feeling alone in bodies that don’t feel like their own. Root & Rise exists to change that.
I honor women’s intuition and take their symptoms seriously. I believe the body wants to heal and function well — it simply needs compassionate guidance, evidence-based tools, and space to be heard. My mission is to create that space, helping mothers rebuild their foundation, trust their bodies again, and rise into a vibrant, empowered version of themselves.

Personalized assessments + tailored plans to support your unique needs and goals
During this 60–75 minute session, we’ll complete your intake, perform a physical assessment, and develop your initial rehabilitation plan. I’ll also onboard you to my fitness app, where you’ll receive tailored programs and guided workouts designed specifically for your body.
50–60 minute sessions focused on progressing your program, adding new exercises, deepening core concepts, and checking in on your symptoms and improvements. After each session, I update your personalized plan and workouts to support your next steps.

This 90-minute, in-person workshop is for women who want real answers about their bodies. We’ll explore how breath, core, and pelvic floor work together, why symptoms like leaking or pressure show up, and what most of us were never taught. It’s educational, experiential, a little TMI in the best way — and open to women in every season of life. Workshop takes place 7-8:30pm Thursday, January 22. Sign up link below.

I’m Stephanie — a mom of six, longtime homeschooler, and lifelong student of women’s wellness. After navigating my own pregnancies, postpartum recoveries, and a healing journey through autoimmune and nervous system challenges, I became passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies. My lived experience gives me a holistic understanding of how physical, emotional, and energetic health connect, and I bring deep compassion to the women I support. I’ve spent over 15 years in the wellness world as an entrepreneur and educator, and I hold a BA in Psychology, am a yoga instructor, and a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Root & Rise was created from my belief that mothers deserve more—more support, more understanding, and more tools to help their bodies function the way they were designed to. I combine professional training with lived experience, meeting women where they are with warmth, practicality, and evidence-based guidance. My goal is to help you rebuild your foundation, restore your confidence, and feel fully supported as you rise into a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
