Breath, Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop: Understanding How It All Works Together

So many women experience things like leaking, pelvic pressure, core weakness, back pain, or a sense that their body just hasn’t felt quite the same — often after pregnancy, but sometimes years later, or even without having children at all. We’re often told these things are “normal,” yet rarely given clear, practical explanations or support. (And honestly… that gets old.)


This 90-minute educational and experiential workshop is designed to help you better understand how your breath, core, and pelvic floor actually work together — and why that relationship matters so much for everyday movement, exercise, and how your body feels in real life.


We’ll spend time learning and feeling into the work together. You’ll be guided through gentle demonstrations and simple practices that help the concepts click, without overwhelm or pressure to perform. This is not a workout, and you don’t need any prior experience or special knowledge — just curiosity.


This workshop is for women in any season — newly postpartum, pregnant, years or decades postpartum, athletic women, or anyone who wants to support their body more intentionally. Nothing is TMI, nothing is embarrassing, and no personal sharing is required (unless you want to).


What to expect:

  • A clear, approachable explanation of how breath, core, and pelvic floor work together
  • Gentle demonstrations to help you feel coordination and pressure management
  • Insight into why symptoms like leaking, pain, or heaviness can show up
  • Plenty of time for questions, real talk, and discussion
  • A supportive, down-to-earth environment focused on understanding and empowerment

• 7-8:30pm Thursday, January 22nd

• 2nd floor of white building beside the new Walmart. 6925 US Hwy 98 E, Santa Rosa Beach, Fl
• Cost: $30 (Venmo, Zelle or cash)
• Limited to 10–15 women
• Bring a yoga mat (extras will be available)


Please wear comfy clothes and bring a mat (even a pillow!) if you'd like. We won't be doing a workout, but we will try some gentle exercises to help you learn more about your body and how to support it better. The space will be simple and cozy, and we’ll move at a relaxed, accessible pace.


This workshop is intentionally foundational — meant to offer clarity, reassurance, and a solid starting point. For women who want more individualized support, this work naturally continues in 1:1 Root & Rise sessions.


Space is limited to 10–15 participants to allow time for questions, connection, and a genuinely good experience.
